Returns/Refunds
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the customization of these products, we currently can not offer returns/refunds as each individual order is customized to a specific client.
If there is a defect with the product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. - Please note, the customer is responsible to ensure everything is correct with the design on either the Approval Email or Digital Mock-up they placed an order.
All apparel can be returned if unworn/washed for a different size. However, we are unable to accept returns. The customer must pay for shipping if item is needing to be returned. If there is a problem with any piece of apparel please let us know within 7 business days.
